Phase I (1947) :
Late Shri Chandulal P. Shah.Father of Shri Nikhil C.Shah was the founder of. A. ROY GROUP OF COMPNIES. The name A.Roy emerged from the name of well-known businessman Mr.Amulakh Rai, owner of chain store all over India, with whom Late Shri Chandulal P.Shah started his career. His Skill, hard work and sincerity made him reach first mile stone in 1947, when he was made responsible for entire management and control of A. Roy & Co., a retail medical outlet in Baroda. Which was  handed over to Dr. Sailesh Patel, Alakh Lab. a renown name in pathology laboratories of Baroda. in 1993.
 
Phase II (1969)
The next mile stone was Roy Agencies, the stockist for pharmaceutical companies

Phase III(1978):
In 1978 distributorship was launched in the name and style of Roy Distributor for Ambalal Sarabhai Enterprise , a renowned name in Pharmaceuticals industry of India. which was handed over to Mr.Jagdish Mehta our ex partner.

Phase IV (1986)
Continuous dedication to work then, step by step, flourished The fast growing company A. Roy Enterprise was launched in 1986, under the Dynamic management of Shri Nikhil C. Shah which is now a successful name in Pharmaceutical industry.
A. Roy Enterprise started with only 3 companies in 1986, which has now grow over scored more then 28 multinational companies with 67 or more of its Divisions.
More than that A. Roy Enterprise has to its assets 4 decades of Experience long establish relation, customer support and proper documentation & system with honesty integrity & hard work and harmony with the employees in heritage.

Phase V (1998)
A. Roy Marketing Pvt. Ltd. Was another admirable launch on diversified lines of business. It was highly active in the field of Information Technology field and was  representeting as a Distributor for Celforce presently known as HUTCH. and presently also acting as Sole Distributor for Zoitec Healthcare, for its Pathology  products of  vaccumissed Blood Collecting Systems.
